We close clients at a high price point. Senior AMs own the strategy, the call, and the relationship. Your job is to take every approved doc and turn it into a live, working campaign — fast and without mistakes — so they can stay in front of clients instead of inside GoHighLevel.

Section 01
What You Own
You are responsible for the “last mile” of fulfillment. Senior AMs hand you an approved Sales Copy Blueprint or offer doc — you build everything from it.
Build V1 Assets
Take approved copy docs and implement every deliverable — funnels, VSL pages, forms, thank-you pages, email/SMS sequences — from scratch in our stack.
Wire the Tech
Connect GoHighLevel automations, pixels, calendar integrations, tracking events, and tags so campaigns actually run before a client ever logs in.
Handle Change Requests
Execute small copy and layout changes across existing assets as requested by AMs. Batch efficiently, keep the PM tool updated, and never drop a task.
What you do not own: Client strategy, pricing decisions, offer positioning, or performance coaching. Those belong to the Senior AM. You execute approved decisions — you don’t make them.
Section 02
The Line Between AM and Junior AM
This is the most important thing to internalize. The role only works if this line stays hard.
Senior AM handles
Onboarding, roadmap, and strategy calls
Offer, positioning, and Sales Copy Blueprint
Finalizing all messaging, guarantees, and pricing
Presenting V1 assets to clients and handling feedback
Performance coaching — ads, sales, funnel metrics
Escalations, offboarding, and ascension conversations
Junior AM handles
Building all assets from the approved SCB or offer doc
Keeping PM tasks updated so AMs always know the status
The rule of thumb
AM
“What should we say / sell / change to improve results?”
Junior AM
“Where do I click / how do I connect / can you change this word / can you upload this?”
Section 03
Core Responsibilities
What the job looks like day to day, broken down by area.
Campaign Implementation
Build
V1 sales funnels from approved docs
Build pages, forms, and thank-you pages in Netlify, GoHighLevel, or wherever the client’s stack lives — using the approved Sales Copy Blueprint and offer doc as your source of truth.
Format
VSL scripts, ads, and email/SMS sequences
Take AI-generated copy outputs and AM-reviewed messaging and format them properly in the correct tool — no creative decisions, just clean implementation.
Organize
Name and file every asset to SOP
Every deliverable gets named, filed, and documented according to internal SOPs. Nothing floats in someone’s personal Drive folder.
Tech Setup & QA
Wire
GoHighLevel forms, calendars, and automations
Connect and test every automation, tag, pipeline stage, and calendar trigger before handing off. If the client books a call, it needs to fire correctly from day one.
Track
Pixels and conversion events
Set up and verify Meta Pixel, Google Tag, and basic conversion events on every funnel. Use Event Manager or Tag Assistant to confirm they’re firing before launch.
QA
Every build before AM handoff
Run through the full QA checklist — links, forms, tags, automations, page speed, mobile layout. A build isn’t done until QA is done.
Change Requests & Maintenance
Edit
Small copy and layout changes across existing assets
Headlines, sentences, CTAs, section swaps — whatever the AM or client requests. These are fast-turn tasks, not strategic decisions.
Batch
Minor client requests into efficient work blocks
Group similar tasks and knock them in batches rather than context-switching every 15 minutes. You manage your own queue.
Update
PM tool (Asana) at all times
Every task has a status. AMs and leadership should never have to ask “where does this stand?” — the PM tool tells them.
Client-Facing (Light)
Calls
Join when needed for tech walkthroughs
You may occasionally join a client call to walk through a tech setup or troubleshoot something live. The AM runs the call — you handle the screen-share.
Slack
Respond to tech questions following SOPs
Answer client tech questions in Slack or email using documented SOPs. Anything strategic — pricing, strategy, results — loop in the AM immediately.
Section 04
Who This Role Is For
We’re not looking for someone who wants to “get into marketing.” We want someone who’s already done this and wants to operate inside a high-output, well-systemized team.
You’re a fit if
You have 1–3 years in a marketing ops, funnel builder, or campaign implementation role — agency or DFY is a plus
You’ve actually used GoHighLevel (or another CRM/funnel tool) to build something that ran
You’re comfortable editing HTML/CSS basics, pasting tracking codes, and connecting integrations without documentation for every step
You run checklists by default — you don’t find out you missed something when the client does
Your written English is clear enough to write clean copy edits and communicate without ambiguity
You close your own tasks — you don’t need to be chased
You follow SOPs exactly, and you flag it when an SOP is wrong or missing
This isn’t for you if
You need strategy context before you can build — your job is to build what’s in front of you
You want to “own” client relationships or influence positioning decisions
You’re slow to start and wait for explicit direction on every next step
You’ve never actually used funnel or CRM tools — this role has zero ramp time for tool basics
You treat PM tools as optional — if it’s not in Asana, it doesn’t exist here
You can’t handle feedback without needing context — sometimes the AM just says “change this,” and that’s enough
Requirements
1–3 years in marketing ops, funnel building, or DFY campaign implementation
Hands-on experience with at least one funnel or CRM tool (GoHighLevel strongly preferred)
Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, tracking codes, and third-party integrations
Strong written English — clear communication and clean copy edits
Detail-oriented by default — you like checklists and catch your own mistakes
Section 05
How We Measure Success
These are your KPIs. You win if these numbers hold. If they slip, we address it directly.
90%+
Speed to V1
90%+ of new clients have a full V1 funnel and core assets built and QA’d within 2 business days of AM handoff.
95%+
Task SLA
95%+ of assigned implementation tasks completed by their due date, with status updated in Asana before the deadline.
<3
Quality — errors per month
Fewer than 3 material errors per month that require rework from AMs — broken links, wrong offer, wrong tracking, or missing automations.
≥8/10
AM Satisfaction
Average internal AM rating of 8/10 or higher on “support” and “reliability.” AMs give this feedback monthly — it’s the clearest signal of whether this role is working.
30–35
Capacity — active sprint clients
At full capacity, you can support implementation for 30–35 active sprint clients without missing SLAs. That’s the target load this role is scoped for.
Why comp is set where it is: At full capacity, your per-client fulfillment cost stays small relative to our sprint price and lifetime gross profit. That’s what lets us spend aggressively on client acquisition and still keep margins high. You grow with the team as we scale.
