1. Who We Are, and What We Sell

OmniBuys LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as "Scaling With Systems" ("OmniBuys," "we," "us"), is a sales-and-marketing education and training company. We help business owners build client-acquisition systems through coaching, done-with-you implementation, ad-campaign build-out, funnel and copy assets, sales scripting, and dedicated account-management support.

We do not sell a business opportunity, a "get rich quick" program, a franchise, a security, an investment, or a money-making system. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

2. No Earnings Guarantee

Every business is different. Your results depend on factors we cannot control, including your offer, market, pricing, existing traffic, sales ability, execution speed, ad-account history, capital available, timing, and general economic conditions. We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money, generate any specific number of leads, close any specific percentage of calls, or achieve any specific return on investment.

Statements about earnings, revenue, growth, or results shown anywhere on our Site, in advertisements, in videos, on social media, in emails, on sales calls, or in our materials are examples and are not guarantees, projections, or predictions of what you will achieve. Any results that we, our team, our clients, or our examples have achieved are not typical results for the average buyer of our Services.

3. Testimonials and Case Studies

All testimonials, reviews, case studies, and endorsements on our Site or in our marketing are from real clients whose experiences we believe to be true. However:

• Results are not typical. The clients whose stories we feature are among the most successful clients we have worked with. Their results depend on their unique circumstances, effort, and execution. Your results will differ, and most clients do not achieve the same results.
• Selection bias. We generally do not feature clients whose results were poor. Featured clients are typically those who followed the program, invested the recommended paid-advertising minimums, executed on our recommendations, and remained engaged.
• No survey or formal study. We do not currently measure earnings or financial performance across our client base with a formal study. We track completed transactions and voluntary satisfaction surveys.
• Compensation and connection. Featured clients are paying clients of ours. In some cases, clients may receive discounts, credits, or additional services in exchange for participating in a case-study interview. These material connections do not change their honest statement of experience.
• Editing. Testimonials may be edited for length and clarity. They are not fabricated.

4. FTC Endorsement Guides

We aim to comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). Where a person featured in our marketing has a material connection to us — including but not limited to being a paying client, an affiliate, an employee, or a partner receiving compensation — that connection is disclosed. 5. Our Guarantees — What They Actually Mean

We offer two guarantees, both fully described in your Services Agreement and summarized on our Refund Policy page:

• 7-Day Alignment Guarantee — money back. If, within 7 calendar days of your onboarding call, you decide the program is not what was described, you may request a full refund, subject to the conditions in your Services Agreement (completed onboarding form, attended onboarding call, written request via Slack or email within the window, and net of non-recoverable credit-card processing fees where applicable).
• Conditional Service Extension ("ROI Guarantee") — additional service, not money back. If you satisfy every condition in your Services Agreement (minimum ad spend, timely asset delivery, ≥20% close rate on qualified calls, responsive communication, verified revenue documentation, etc.) and have not collected revenue equal to or greater than the fees you paid by the end of your initial Term, we will extend your Services at no additional charge for the period stated in your Agreement. This is a service extension, not a refund, and it is your sole and exclusive remedy for failing to hit revenue-equal-to-fee within the Term.

6. Paid Advertising Disclaimer

Where the Services involve paid advertising (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok), you are responsible for your own ad spend. Paid-advertising spend is not part of your fee to OmniBuys, is paid by you directly to the ad platform, and is not refundable by OmniBuys under any circumstances. Ad performance is subject to platform algorithms, auction dynamics, ad-account history, creative, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

7. Not Investment or Financial Advice

Nothing on the Site or in the Services is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Any references to trading, crypto, funded-account, or investment-education businesses are examples of client industries we have served — they do not constitute investment advice or an endorsement of any particular investment strategy. Investing carries risk, and you may lose some or all of your money. Consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

8. Platform Disclaimers

This Site and our marketing are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with YouTube, Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Microsoft, Bing, LinkedIn, or any other platform. FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. YOUTUBE and GOOGLE are trademarks of Google LLC. TIKTOK is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. BING is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. LINKEDIN is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

We may link to or refer you to third-party businesses, tools, or services. Some of those businesses may share common ownership or interests with OmniBuys, and we may receive compensation, credits, or other benefits when you engage them. We disclose material relationships where required by law.
