Open Role — Remote & Async

On-Camera Ad Creator

You’re the face of five Facebook ads a week for Scaling With Systems — we build marketing and sales systems for coaches, consultants and agencies. You pull scripts from our tool, built on our winning ads. You make them sound like you, film them on your phone, add captions, and deliver by Thursday. Paid per ad.

Section 01

What a Week Looks Like

Same loop every week. Five ads, delivered by Thursday, live on Monday.

1
Pull the scripts

You get access to our script tool. It writes new scripts from our winning ad creatives, so every one follows the structure that already converts — a specific pain the viewer recognizes, what’s actually causing it, what we do about it, real client results, and the call to action. Pull five. At the start you’ll rework each one so it sounds like you talking, not a script. Over time the tool learns your voice and you edit less and less. Keep every number and client name exactly as written.

2
Shoot it

Phone, vertical, eye level, good light, clean audio. A real room — desk, kitchen, car, walking. 45–75 seconds each. Read off a teleprompter app if you want; just keep your eyes on the lens.

3
Edit it

Jump cuts to tighten the pauses, captions on. That’s it. No B-roll, no motion graphics, no music. Use our Descript account if you want the captions to match our branding, or use whatever editor you already have.

4
Deliver by Thursday

Drop all five in your delivery folder by Thursday. They go live Monday morning. We review them Friday — if anything needs a redo, you hear about it the same day. You’re paid at the start of each month for the previous month’s ads.

The math: 5 ads × $75 = $375 a week, about $1,600 a month, for 2–3 hours of work once you’ve got the rhythm. If your ads perform, we scale to as many as you can ship — 15 to 20 a week is where this goes.

Section 02

Who This Role Is For

Not a model, not an actor. Someone who can explain a business problem to a business owner and sound like they actually get it.

You’re a fit if
  • You’re comfortable on camera and sound like a person, not a commercial
  • Your spoken English is clear and natural
  • You can take a written script and make it sound like you without changing what it says
  • You can shoot and caption a phone video without help
  • You’re very autonomous — nobody checks in. You pull the scripts, you ship Thursday, wherever you are
  • You’ve scripted content before, and ideally shot ads before
  • You understand who’s watching: agency owners, coaches, consultants and online service providers doing $30k–$300k/month who are stuck
This isn’t for you if
  • You need someone to tell you what good looks like every week, or to remind you it’s Thursday
  • You can’t hit a Thursday deadline consistently
  • Your delivery is “presenter voice” — our audience has seen a thousand of those ads and scrolls past them
  • You want to do this occasionally — the whole value is the weekly rhythm

Section 03

The Rules

On camera, you’re part of our team — you speak as “we.” You are never a client. This keeps the ads honest and keeps them compliant with Meta’s advertising rules, which are strict in this category.

Say this
  • “We”, “our team”, “our clients”, “at Scaling With Systems we…”
  • Client results exactly as written, by name: “Joey, one of our clients, went from a 3x return on ad spend to 5.6x in twenty-eight days.”
  • The guarantee as written: “if it doesn’t pay for itself in thirty days, you don’t pay.”
  • The viewer’s situation: “you turned up the ad spend and the numbers got worse.”
Never say this
  • Anything that implies you’re a client, customer or student — “when I signed up…”, “this got me…”
  • Personal income claims — “I made $50k with this”
  • Promises about the viewer’s income — “you will make”, “guaranteed results”
  • Numbers, names or claims that aren’t in the script — every figure has a screenshot behind it and we put that screenshot on screen while you say it

How Applying Works

Two steps, and you don’t have to film anything to take the first one.

1
Apply — two minutes

Name, contact, whether you’ve scripted content and shot ads before, anything you’ve been in. No video required.

2
Test project — when you’re ready

The moment you submit, you get one real script and the specs. Film it today or next week — the link stays open. One finished ad, exactly the way the job works.

3
Start the following Monday

If the test is a fit, you get access to the script tool and your first five are the following week.

We’re bringing on more than one creator. Different looks, ages, accents and settings make the ad account stronger — don’t self-select out because you don’t match a picture in your head.

Two minutes. The test project appears right after you submit.
