What Money Neighbor does

Money Neighbor books appointments for annuity producers and financial advisors. Each appointment is with someone who has $250K or more saved and wants help with retirement income.

Advisors pay $0 to start. Their first 2 appointments are paid only after each one shows up (from $1,000 each). Then they buy packs of 5, paid up front.

The honest part

It's new. No deals yet, mostly because Ravi has no time to take the sales calls. We could book 5 to 8 calls a day.

The job

30-minute Zoom calls with advisors who applied and booked.
They come from our ads. No cold calling.
You get the script and training.
Calls are 9 to 5 Eastern, Monday to Friday.

Pay

10% of all cash collected from every advisor you sign, for their first 60 days.

Commission only. No base.

Example

Say you sign 5 advisors a week. If half buy their next 5, that's about $450 per advisor, around $10,000 a month.
